24 & wiser...

just got a year older not too long ago......

was totally excited about it, thinking of how i'd spend it with my friends and loved ones....

with hall peeps!

organised a bbq at yx's place for all of us.... its been almost 3 yrs since we last had one at blk 72 carpark (those were the days....) was a galore of good food and booze... well, just why dun mixers taste as good as they are in clubs?

anyway, its the homecoming of the old birds... turn out was good, too bad, ppl like derrick (some hot date i guess...), hy(in jarkarta, missing his girl??) & ty (in the states...) couldn't be there...

the finale of the bbq, everyone retreated to yx's house and zs showed us some of his mean magic tricks..... relived those days where he'd pop by my room and make me his audience..... haha..... he's really good at it, he could be doing this for a living and making it big if he wants.....

the JC bitchers' club members

met up at Royal Copenhagen - my first visit at this classy tea lounge, serving danish food like salmon, salmon and salmon.... (but i love salmon, raw or smoked!). btw the highlight of this place is the exquisite crockery that RC is well-known for.....

wendy.... this gal is getting married in a few months time..... back in JC times, we prob never think she'll be the 1st in line.....

my entree - linguine in with succulent prawns tossed in sweet tasting beetroot pesto.... beetroot pesto is indeed pretty special, taste like mild version of ketchup.... though the pasta is very oily.

metallic is in! i've got extra with my pink peek-a-boo!

managed to influence them to dine at swensen's for the extra value 1-for-1 deal... adjourned to PS cafe at Dempsey. they got me a jumbo slice of chocolate cake call blackout..... & it yumilicious!

these longtime friends never fail to be around in moments of fun and in times of need..... aiyah sue couldn't make it...

turned up late, as usual (but i brought them some goodies!)...... the guys pulled a really ridiculous joke on me.......

there's a cute pretty little metal box on the table, and they claimed that's LJ's lunch box, given by his girlfriend. she has packed lunch for him to bring to sch and he really carried it.

was pretty amazed to hear that , in fact found it unbelievable that he actually carries it (the lj i know will never carry such girly stuff.... he can prob break his neck and he will never give in.....).... but somewhat i really believe that's his lunch box, but i kept asking if he really carry it ard......

the truth finally surfaced when we were about to leave NYNY , when he refused to carry HIS LUNCHBOX. that's when he had to tell me the box was for me! hhaha.... (btw box was filled with lots of chocolate, coasters, meaningful magnets, pretty pocket mirror & i guess some invisible well-wishes?! heehee)

anyway, the friendly ppl at NYNY made me a special 'cake' - a heart-shaped candyfloss cake!

truly blessed with great friends ard me..... ppl i can count on everytime i need them... life's so good to me....

Hope you stay CRAZY and PRETTY yah! You know what... my friend wants to drag me to Six Flags but I think I don't really dare! Need the strength from you and Josh! Do you remember ripcord? hehehe. Btw I was looking at the photo that you posted of the 3 of us, and I think we are long lost siblings. We look alike!

six flags sounds damn fun! you should go.... on my behalf! take all the extreme rides lah, afterall, you've survived ripcord, what's some rollercoasters to you right?!

i went back to look at the ripcord pix to see if we are really alike. man, i have a facial mask on and you make me laugh. yah, we do look alike on a few pix, bet cos we both had short hair and big smiles haha.....

btw i got the pix from the DVD itself. there's this software inside which you can select the scene and cut them into pix. u can also try it cos these are all the pix i cut.....
