I've Changed

recently i've turned into this fucking rude bitchy bitch at my work place. i'm not like that in the past, i swear. work has changed me; or perhaps, i've changed for work.. .. .. but i know i know, i'm still that *courteous sweet-nature* me inside.....

ok, work stuff aside, just had a Thai dinner with my 'hot date', who's just gotten back from exchange in Seattle. Its so good to see him again ever since he gave me a birthday treat last year. my treat this time round as his bday is coming. He's so sweet he got me a souvenir from the states.... (oh man i feel bad for not having gotten him anything when i was there ...oops! just how could i have left out his share?!) anyway anyway, i promise i'll remember the next time i go on holis!

great to hear that he had lotsa fun there, snowboarding, land trips to yellowstone, beautiful beautiful las vegas, san fran etc (hahaha, he also did star jump like moi at golden gate bridge).... know what? he actually flew to London from Seattle to look for his friend! sounds kinda crazy to me, but he said its actually cheaper to fly from US. But ended up its the worst travel nightmare anyone could encounter; from visa problems, to flight delays, weather problems, getting queasy and sick from all these nonsenses......

was national day 2 days back... man, i gotta say, this yr's ndp is prob the best one ever! a new location by the marina means no more boring grass fields and old concrete and wooden plank seats..... the navy got to strut its stuff with fantastic mock rescue mission and i gotta say i was wowed the navy and airforce display..... fireworks part seems to be very long as well.... love fireworks!

i remember exactly 10 years ago, when i was 14, i took part in the NDP. was one of the few hundred kids at the finale segment wearing fuschia pick dresses, over-the-top big red-white sequin flower hat, waving torchlight to the crowd.... it was kinda fun then, rehearsing on many saturdays, hang out with schoolmates, taken care by cute army marshalls, getting sick of the cold KFC fried chix and burgers (just why would they allow themselves to feed these kids junk every week is a mystery.... no other f&b sponsors?!).... then in just one night, after everything ended, life went back to normal.... a little upset..... 'tian xie mei you bu san zhi yan xi....'

funny stuff i found online..... latest fad to pick up chicks.. .. .. Lickin Chicks.

Les called me at work the other day before i went KL for a meeting, too busy to chat then, gotta return call now!
