Work Rants

damn! the great singapore sale ended before i knew..... so are there still discounts out there? i need more pretty blouses, a pair of pedal pushers, a pair of jeans, an extra pair of flats, a pair of comfy heels. so what if i'm working right in the heart of the shopping district. been burying myself at work for the past 2-3 wks. its crazy mad rush yet again (yah, i know every month i say something like this, but this time round, its kinda insane.... the entire team works till 10, 11pm sometimes ) without my boss, i gotta do alot of things on my own.... many things has changed in the past few months. i'm taking up ever more responsibilities, doing things i've never done before, being more aware of the decisions i'm making as i'm starting to see how they could possibly impact the business in some way or another. happy to be learning to be more independent, to have more control on my brands but sometimes i think there're just a little too much on my plate. alot of time i feel that i'm not good enough to handle these things but perhaps, i just need improvement on time and project management!

shucks, its july & i haven't got any plans for my supposed grand trip to europe in oct..... planning for the trip doesn't seem to be the first thing on my mind, or the second. am worried that i might not even get to go due to work commitment. a few months ago i was all enthusiastic about it but now, somehow, the enthusiasm is lost. no matter what, i'm gonna send in an application for 2 wks of leave first, whether in the end can go or not, shall think abt it later...

for some reason, i find blogging therapeutic, sounds wierd, but its something i often look forward to doing on weekends if i'm not going out. ok, enuff ranting for now. gotta get back to think on the big brand plans for 08!
