X'mas, D&D and Fio/YX's bdae!

X'mas!

ok, as usual, my posts are all behind time, so is this christmas post.... anyway..........

spent some time with my pri sch mates the night before the eve.... and one gift is to meet two ex-classmates whom i haven met for the last 11 yrs....

played bingo and offered some manicure svcs to the loser, nail polish in bright bright red..... heehee....

here's an x'mas toast to all of ya!

Dinner & Dance 06

the very special oscars night took place in raffles hotel, featuring 'star-studded' guest list, here to celebrate a good yr for the company!

door gifts and lucky draw were absolutely fabulous... every invited guest got home with vouchers and gifts worth no less than $200... sad thing is, din manage to take lotsa pix as i was too busy settling all those little hiccups which the damn events company has brought upon. the events management ppl nearly ruined my career....

there were two major hiccups, my chairman was supposed to arrive in style on a harley davidson and despite all those confirmation and assurance, the in-charge called me on that very afternoon, telling me they could get the harley to get into the cargo lift and thus unable to bring it up to the ballroom on the third flr..... what the fuck?! at the end of the day, the chairman went on stage in a very nondescript boring manner, no thanx to you, sonic productions. everyone get this company's name right and never ever hire this company. cheap rates but it totally not worth all the anxiety and worry.... very unreliable and over-promises what it can never deliver. so what if i had a big budget for the night? you totally screwed up my night!

despite the anger, still managed to be a camwhore for a while...

my colleague, in an attempt XXXXXX me....

the committee were simply too busy to take pix at the event, not wanting to let all the nice make-up and hairdo go to waste, we ended up camwhoring in the hotel's bathroom, oops!

got a little tipsy that that night, thanx to the wine (oh sweet fruity cloudy bay) and champagne (the premium $400 crug) offered by the towkay. if i have stayed behind longer, would probably have ended up pretty drunk. yucks, how could i have given my virgin drunkard state to a D&D? hell no! heehee....

the night continued with a supper at 4am at odeon tower mac, the gals staying behind had a great night, wheeee! and following afternoon, we ended our day with a complimentary hi-tea from swissotel. yum yum... :P

PLUS:

would you believe that i burnt a fucking hole in my $139-five-year-old-worn-only-once Daniel Yam evening gown while ironing it at swissotel. it was too late to get another piece and the 'fortunate' thing is the hole is located at the side, near the bottom hem, thus making it not too obvious... well, but if u do look at it for a second or two, u'll notice it..... ouch! booohooo!

Fio & Yx's bdae!

on 27, celebrated fio and yx's bdae (very very belated) with a scrumptious indonesian dinner and then drinks at cuba libre!

fio got a surprise gift...

its a very very sexy and beautiful lacy lingerie set xy and i have chosen. wooo.. wondering what was going thru the mind of the guys who were present at that moment.... heehee...

and when gers get together, they either bitch and gossip or they'll take loads of pix!

at the end of the pub gathering, everyone went home, having to work tml or go lab to do fyp etc.... as i took leave the following day, decided to club with fio at a place she'd rather refer to as 'a place not worth mentioning...' was pretty much entertained by the guys who came up to pick her up, haha gotta say they're quite ineligible....

believe i downed 3 teq shots, 2 teq pops and 1 cranvod (oh, btw this club uses oceanspray cran juice, how generous!), not alot, but all in a short span of time.... the two of us got really tipsy, prob my worst experience looking at how i found myself slumped onto my bed as soon as i was done washing up...

oh goodness i'm spending so much money lately i've burnt a big hole in my pocket...this is bad.... and who was it who says money can't buy happiness? i say it certainly can! oh oh, revealing the mercenary side of me ;-)

yeah, may 2007 be a year of more fun and deeper friendship!
