vvvrrrrooooooooooommmm....

had the first driving lesson in my life! it was fun..... kinda reminded me of go-kart and the time when i played this grand prix go-kart thingy at CP with Josh, Mich & Martin.... well, of course, minus all that speed.....

i know very little of the anatomy of a car, so my first lesson included getting to know the diff parts of the dashboard (u call that a dashboard or what?) well, learnt the proper way to step on and releasing the clutch (yep yep, learning manual transmission, which was just the right choice), how sensitive that acccelerator thing is, practiced to change gears, lifting up the handbrake which i thought was a little tough and straining on my weaker left limb hee...... then i went driving round and round in the heavy vehicle carpark till dark... the place was not really well-lit, but with the headlights, its juz enuff to see the vehicle in front....

next week, i should be able to go onto the road for a while, wow... kinda exciting, in fact, i wish my next lesson is tml..... i wanted to accelerate my lessons so i can complete my course fast, but the instructor preferred that i only speed up my lesson after taking the advanced theory and registering for the practical test.... well, shall heed his advice....

despite the fun, i'm a little jittery with this driving on the road practices.... sounds a little scary... i mean, everything involves the coordination of the hands, legs, eyes, brain, reflexes.... let's hope that my instructor's car is in my good hands and be returned to him without any dents or parts missing.... heehee.....
