so i've been working for a week now... everything's alright and i like the job i'm doing.... basically i'm helping to coordinate up and coming events for the brands i'm handling... pretty much about corresponding with different parties, ensuring everything is ready before the big thing comes and so on, making things happen, at the right time, right place, with the right people etc... ...


luckily i'm kinda familiar with the place and the people i work with so it wasn't a very bad first week at all. however there have been some kinda structural change within the company, so the office i'm working in has many infamiliar faces.... and LUNCH hasn't been bad over the last week hahaha.... i go out for lunch everyday, cos my co-workers find the neighbouring factory food yucky.... even worse than before.... (makes me wanna try once to see how BAD it is...)

my table is at this boring little corner in the office, right outside the marketing big boss's office, kinda intimidating at first, and i sit beside this pillar, which sometimes hides me from my direct boss.... doesn't sound as bad as it really is huh.....

i still remember complaining abt being bored at home last time... but now, i start to miss the bumming life.... waking up at noon, slacked ard, surf net aimlessly, looking thru job site and so on.... still not used to working life...


anyway, talk abt conversion to perm, really gotta work damn hard... cos i think there's very likely internal competition within the org who will apply for the perm post i'm interested in when its open... and i think they're quite competent ppl too, haha like me! tsk tsk... anyway, one of my colleagues is my ex-hall friend, also my marketing senior, TK... what coincidence!


btw i finally took my grad pix! some of the pix i've seen is nice.... thanx to yixiong, da photographer. owe him one now.... hmmm..... a sumptious meal or some really good yummy chocolatey ice cream or both?


a little preview of one of those funny pix we took... shows ya what kinda stuff i wore underneath that robe.... well, on a hot sunday afternoon, i guess a pair of shorts is the best bet! will post more when yx is done with some editing after his exams... which means i can only get them in early May... nvm, no hurry.... take ur time yx and make sure my pals and i look damn gorgeous k!
