Still Jobless...

yep, haven't got a job yet, but trust me, i'm actively looking for one.....

its the festive season and of course, at this point of the year, they are many many gatherings and meetings and christmas dinner.....

wonder who'll get this nicely packaged gift from me this year? ya'll find out....

so there's this dinner with my sec sch buds on thurs and a xmas bbq party with the astro gang..... that's it.... hope these days come soon for i'm so bored....

been quite an enriching week for me cos i managed to meet up diff groups of frenz last week.....

the US gang..... eh i thought there'll be many ppl going.... in the end, only four of us turned up, plus jerome's gf.... and jer and weiling were late..... so i ended having a '1 to 1 dinner date' with ah liang... but its fun hearing him talked abt his month-long travelling trip in the states. damn, they went to so many places i wish i travelled more places while i was there!

then i met the blk 72 peeps....yeah, my ex-neighbours...

met up for dinner at glutton's bay (which i had thought is some fancy restaurant, but isn't, ok fine, its this hawker area beside esplanade....) the food is nice.... but the variety is quite limited... after dinner, it was time for some booze..... we went to paulaners brahaus (yep, the place where anni and wendy used to work at, for like 2 or 3 days? eh i juz remember mervyl told me that josh's working there....)

then gigi told me something very very very bizzarre... she actually won a VW beetle in some kinda lucky/contest. oh goodness?! she won a car!!! lucky gal..... how lucky is she! the only thing i've won to date is this lousy osim eye massager, that's a first prize during one of my hall's CNY dinner, then maybe this l'oreal hamper and 50 bucks voucher..... that car costs like 70 over grand.... and since she dun have a licence yet, she let kah boon drive it...... so when he came to pick her up, we took a race queen shot....kekeke..... oops, i'm so used to using the word 'bitch' i can't help but to call gigi a lucky bitch.

last sat, i checked out ministry of sound which is new in town. its supposedly the world's largest and most extravagant MoS. nice place. i like it. its spacious, unlike momo where u can hardly move... there're like 3 dancing floor with diff themes. oh i like it when the DJs do their job and scratch the records.....they really look cool.... was there with the 72 gals on a girls' nite out. coincidentally guorong, my pri sch mate called me that afternoon to jio me to the same place. hmmm.... great to be able to meet up 2 groups of friends on one occasion...... my gal pals ended up cutting into the ultra long queue where my pri sch frenz were....

we're coming to the end of a year, a nice year 2005, a great year when many great things happened, my last paper, my freedom, my graduation, my trip, my summer romance etc etc etc..... its time to say goodbye to the year and also time to bid farewell to something else.

i decided to send fikri some stuff.... something that i had always wanted to do for the past month..... and i'm ready to do so...... the package includes this nice bling bling guess watch

that he gave me when we met up in new york. don't ask why i do this but i just want him to have it back...

hope this package reaches him safely...
