Old Photos

I was browsing friendster when i came across mama shereen wong's account. looked at her pix and i saw this! (click to enlarge the photos)

its a pic from our Jerangkang trip! wow..... i tot there are some nice and memorable pix in there so i thought of placing some here. ok, the resolution of the pic there is quite poor, so i flipped thru my cdr wallet to look for the cdr in which the photos are kept.

as i looked thru the pix, i can't help smiling to myself..... i mean, that was one memorable event in my life. first trek to a waterfall..... had lotsa fun there with fellow hall friends (yep.... and for those who're gonna move out of hall, start reminiscing abt the rolling good times u have with your hall/uni friends....). also laughed at the seemingly stupid antics.....like this.....

for once, i tot i'm flying.... oh no.... that's gonna hurt.... ouch!

ok this is one other blardy stupid pic..... dun even know how it started.....

i shall juz quote the name given to this pic by huili, The Guys Being Harassed By the Masked Man....... guess who's the masked man..... its derrick.... how did this mask man thing even started? the mask man muz be a gay.... heeeheeehaaa..... and he muz have seen this pix.... and thus set his eyes on these unsuspecting targets....kekeke....

i was unfazed by what's going on at the guys' side so i decided to practice weightlifting..... by lifting the.....sky!

ok, i dunno how the white spots appear on my forehead.... juz take it as those accessories that Indians wear on their foreheads and that i'm doing some indian dance lah....

oops.....ugly pic, but tot its quite candid..... someone caught the hungry me scrapping pasta sauce off the sides of the mess tin (is that how u spell it? heck!)

i remember in the evening we "bathed" at this section of the river near our campsite.... the water was cool and refreshing..... there was a little rapid where we laid down on our back and enjoyed the massaging effect of the cascading water..... cool! and there were fishes there too... who would have thought that the same river is also where ppl rinse their dirty pots and pans.... eeks...

well, many would have known that hantum-ing hengyeu is our fave past-time..... not letting him off even when we're holidaying..... sy is smart to protect himself. a good advice for you: dun stand beside hy.....

on our way out of the waterfall vicinity.... yeah, the girls take the rear of the jeep.... well, not all girls though, notice derrick, the thorn amongst the roses? i'll juz say he enjoys our company lah..... haha.... man, it was a bumpy ride and we also had to cross little streams along the journey....

sy, relak lah, we're not in the army, can u pls stand at ease? haha....

ok, this is one silly pic.... the 'thing' i was trying to bite from sy's hand is.... oh no, i forgot liao.... ermmm.... ah.... (dun start laughing k, its a funny name).... BA LONG LONG......hahahaha!!!! i dunno if its a malay or hokkien or whatever language.... yep.... its called ba long long..... *laugh*. this fruit can be eaten juz like that or made into juice, tastes damn good.... tastes abit like guava or unriped mango..... this dinner oso marked the end of our trekking trip....

as usual, photo-taking reigns in all blk 72 activities. took like 260 over pix during this trip...... this is like sup sup soy compared to the kukup one..... and its in all this photo taking sessions that i sharpen my posing skills, courtesy of the vainpots in 72....haha.....

hmmmm dunno when we'll have something like this again.... we had this kukup outing last national day (oh did i mention these are our national day outing? haha... we've been choosing the national day for the past two years for the long hols.....) i remember last yr during the BBQ i organised in hall, they mentioned abt going to Bali this year..... oh is that really gonna take place? i hope so... though i'll not be able to join them for i'll be in the states... but its still great to be able to catch up and keep in contact with friends who, at least at one moment in your life, meant alot to you right?

seems like such activities is missing from the juniors. juz how come they are less bonded than the old birds leh? haha.... i know that hy's been preaching to many of them abt bonding the blk spirit. he thinks that the camaraderie is lacking and goes ard trying to talk some sense into them. man were they scared of him....hahaha..... gotta factor in some external factors and influences i guess...... haven analyse yet, since he''s quite concerned and free, he can do the honour....

anyway, si yang, i volunteer u to be this yr's organiser k haha.... or gigi oso can.... been missing the past two yrs' 'expedition' (sounds better huh).... u gotta be there k! take lotsa pix and send to me hor.....
