Hi all!!!

i miss you guys sososososososossoso much!!!!

finally got some time to use the Net, and this is like the first time i'm so excited being able to use the net. sory, haven been blogging or updating the blog cos its always work and work and work here.... then by the time i come back to the dorm, this recreational centre (where internet access is) is closed, and i'll be too tired to do anything....

alright..... the flight was a freaking 20 over hrs and the whole process took like 30 over hours.... with the transiting and waiting etc...... the time here is 12 hrs later than that of singapore and its like 'dom balek'..... usually can only like call home at 8am in the morning where everyone's home....

okok..... weather here is freaking cold...... when i first got here a few days back, i thought it was quite alright..... cos its kinda sunny and there is cool breeze blowing...... but since two days back, its became worse...... it was 6 degree celcius then..... and hell! my mum actually told me to bring more winter clothings and i stupidly said nope cos its like summer so it will be quite hot BUT i'm so so so WRONG! its like freezing cold, my teeth were chattering and practically have to run from places to places juz to get out of the cold outdoors......... but heard from the locals it'll get better and better soon..... great.

anyway i'm currently staying in a 3-person dorm. trust me, esp u peeps at hall 15, u are damn lucky..... my dorm is like so old and expensive, its the most expensive room type (US32/wk, took it cos the others are filled) its a little dark, with old furnitures, wardrobe and stuff and the window net is filled with dust like stuff which i think is those mold or mildew or whatever u call it and there's no kitchen for a self proclaimed great cook like moi! heehee.... i'm so gonna move into the apartment(US24/wk)...... where 9-16 ppl will share the apartment and there's kitchen and fridge..... damn.... there's no fridge in my room and the half a gallon choc milk i bot from walmart turned into curd in like 2 days.... the only thing that's good abt it is the heater cum air conditioner is there.....

ok, food now.... i got sian of the food since the first day here... its always pizza, burgers, sandwich, fried food, hot dogs, salad, pizza, sandwich over and over again.......... eeks..... i never quite like pizza in the first place...... but luckily the one sold at the staff cafeteria here is not bad...thin crust and cheap..... trying more diff food..... recently found something good...heehee.... chilli.... not the kinda chilli we have in singapore though..... its the chilli as in 'finger found in wendy's chilli' fiasca....okk....its kinda like spaghetti sauce, the bolognaise type..... and it tastes great on hotdogs etc.... chilli soup is nice too..... BUT BUT BUT....food here is kinda too oily, too salty and too sweet sometimes..... bad for health....... though i seem to be eating less here, i doubt i can slim down with all these fatty food stuff..... all the singaporeans (like 40 over) and the thais (yep, we're like the only asians here) are all longing for an off day together to go eat the chinese buffet.... haha..... there're at least 3 such restaurants ard.....yep yep.... miss sweet and sour pork, stir fried veggie and rice!

work here is soso, i work in this place call Hot Potato and as the name suggests, we sell fries over there...... work includes those of ah mahs...... cashiering, prep food, sweeping, mopping wiping..... oh yah, i even got to spin cotton candy the other day! fun but tiring...... and sometimes when i got to do all those sai gang,and i'd wish i'm in singapore........ cos they're juz so sai..... sometimes...

and i've probably never seen so many blacks and angmohs in my life.... haha..... here, i take cabs driven by blacks, my supervisor is black, colleagues are blacks etc...... and tell ya..... they always speak like they're rapping...haha.... and they're a couple of singaporean working at hot potato too... so it ain that bad afterall....

so far, got to the oh-so-famous walmart once only..... it's like damn far away from the mall that my company shuttle bus takes us to. worst thing is that there aren't buses here!!!! cos everyone here owns a car..... and my fren and i had to walk by the roadside, while fearing some reckless drunk drivers might hit us....hhaa....... oh yah, there're lotsa discount stores here that sell cheap clothings...... well, maybe not so cheap after converting to singapore dollars..... but i spot on this pair of nine west heels that's going for US35...... jc penny is a great place to shop too.... yeah...... but dun wanna spend my money on shopping now yet, cos i have like 4 more mths i dun wanna get broke now and have no money to do anything later..... contro control control......
